DESCRIPTION:The Northwest Minnesota Foundation is hosting a workshop ser
 ies for small business owners to help them prepare for the process of se
 lling or transitioning their business.\n\n\n\nExperts in business succes
 sion and transition\, mergers and acquisitions\, family business\, and s
 hared ownership will discuss the topic\, Navigating Business Succession 
 and Transition.\n\n\n\n“This series is offered as part of the Northwes
 t Minnesota Foundation’s dedication to supporting small business owner
 s and entrepreneurs throughout the region\,” said Sarah Linda\, senior
  program manager for the Community Revitalization program at NMF.\n\n\n\
 nThe day is structured to highlight the experiences of small business ow
 ners\, but professionals who support businesses are also welcome to atte
 nd\, such as bankers and economic development specialists.\n\n\n\nThe wo
 rkshop is free of charge and includes lunch\, if attending in-person. Th
 ere are three ways to attend the workshop: in-person at NMF in downtown 
 Bemidji\, in-person at the East Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce office (
 for a Zoom satellite experience)\, and from the comfort of your own desk
  via Zoom. Registration is required.
