Provides financial support for charitable, educational and public purposes by providing funding for programs, projects and activities that preserve, restore and stabilize historic and archaeological properties in the State of Minnesota. Preference will be given to properties in northern and greater Minnesota (over those in the Twin Cities); requests that leverage additional funds from public agencies by providing matching contributions from a private source (matching public funds not required); and to programs conducted by or on behalf of the US Forest Service at Camp Rabideau, or other National Historic Landmarks located in northern Minnesota
