Provides financial support for qualifying charitable and educational programs, projects, and activities to include but not limited to the following organizations or agencies serving the greater Bemidji area: Bemidji State University Foundation, Sanford Health Foundation Bemidji, arts and culture organizations, economic and community development organizations and park and recreation activities.
