Provides financial support for the trestle bridge, trails and recreational amenities in the Blackduck area, including but not limited to: support for rehabilitation, repair, construction, and maintenance of the historic trestle bridge; support of existing park authorities to construct, improve and maintain trails; other charitable, educational and public purpose activities, projects, or services that enhance or otherwise improve the trestle bridge, trails and/or recreational amenities enjoyed by residents and visitors of the Blackduck, Minnesota area.
