Provides financial support for programs, projects and activities delivered by the Boys and Girls Clubs of the White Earth Reservation, with preference for awarding scholarships to qualified students who are past or current Boys and Girls Clubs of the White Earth Reservation members and are pursuing post-secondary education at an accredited university, technical, tribal or community college, or trade school.
