Provides scholarships to qualified students from the Warroad School District (ISD #690), or its successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, tech school or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program. Scholarships are to support students who intend to enroll in a study abroad program through their college or university.
