Provides scholarships to qualified students from the following counties Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Kittson, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake and Roseau and the tribal nations of Red Lake or White Earth or Hillsboro, North Dakota or Ulen-Hitterdhahl who are majoring in the areas of law enforcement, criminal justice, ROTC, or a high school student who is currently enlisted and in service with the national guard or military.
