Provides funding for annual scholarships to qualified high school graduates from Minnesota Independent School District #682 (Roseau) or their successors, who are pursuing a post-secondary education through a college, university with a major in Education in the field of math or science, music or elementary education. Scholarship funds are to be used for tuition and books or direct educational material expenses.
