Provides financial support for charitable, educational, and scientific programs, projects and activities that support or benefit environmental and conservation causes. Preference chall be given to those efforts that benefit or impact northwest Minnesota. Preference shall also be given to those programs conducted by or on behalf of the Wetlands, Pines and Prairie Audubon Sanctuary (Warren), The National Arbor Day Foundation, The Sierra Club, The Izaak Walton League of America, and The Nature Conservancy.
