Provides financial support for the qualified charitable organizations, programs, projects, or activities supporting the arts in the Bemidji area with preference given to art history lectures and organizations that provide support for the printmaking of local artists work or otherwise assist with the preparation of local artist’s work for public display or exhibition. In the event that no qualifying preferential proposals are received the Dalzotto Fund may be used for other arts related activities that complement the purpose of the Bemidji Area Arts Endowment.
