Provides funding for annual scholarship to qualified female high school students from the Stephen-Argyle Minnesota area who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university or technical or community college or other accredited not-for-profit technical or vocational education/training institution. Scholarship funds are to be used for tuition and books or direct educational material expenses
