Provides scholarships, up to $1,000.00 each, to qualified high school students from Minnesota Independent School District #690, or its successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a Minnesota Technical or Community College or other accredited nonprofit technical or vocational education/training institution or program. It also provides funding for the purchase or repair of equipment or project improvements at ISD #690.
