Provides financial support for activities, projects, or services that balance growth of the economy and wise stewardship of natural resources, preference and priority shall be given to those activities provided through or in support of the mission of the Giziibii RC&D Council in Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, and Mahnomen Counties, including the Red Lake Reservation and parts of White Earth and Leech Lake Reservations.
