Provides funding for annual scholarships to graduates of Independent School District #2609 Win-E-Mac High School or its successors who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program. Two awards are designated for students majoring in Education; two awards are designated for students pursuing vocational/technical careers. Scholarship funds are to be used for tuition and books or direct educational material expenses.
