Provides annual scholarships to qualified students from ISD #31 (Bemidji) and ISD #115 (Cass Lake-Bena) or their successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
