Supports annual scholarships to qualified students from Clearbrook-Gonvick or Fosston High Schools who are pursuing post-secondary education. The fund provides annual scholarships, in amounts not to exceed the average annual tuition costs of ‘full time students’ at state colleges and universities in Minnesota, to qualified students who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
