Provides funding for annual scholarships to qualified Bemidji High School seniors who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, or other accredited technical or vocational institution, have an employment history, and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above, with preference given to students whose family income disallows access to grants and subsidized loans.
