Provides scholarships to qualified students from the following counties Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Kittson, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake and Roseau and the tribal nations of Red Lake or White Earth, or Hillsboro, North Dakota or its successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education majoring in agriculture, agriculture eduction or agri-related business through a college, university, trade school, tech school or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
