Provides funding for annual scholarships to qualified high school students from Minnesota Independent School district #2683 (Greenbush-Middle River) and Minnesota Independent School District #676 (Badger), or their successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university or Minnesota Technical or Community College or other accredited not-for-profit technical or vocational education/training institution.
