Provides scholarships, up to $1,000 each, to qualified high school students from Minnesota Independent School District #306 (Laporte) and Minnesota Independent School District #113 (Walker), or their successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited not-for-profit or vocational education/traing institution program.
