Provides scholarships to qualified high school students from Minnesota Independent School Districts #356 (Lancaster), #2171 (Hallock), #2358 (Karlstad), who are pursuing post-secondary education in aviation or aviation related fields, engineering, or applied technology areas of study through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
