Provides scholarships to qualified students from Bemidji Area Schools (ISD #31) or its successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education. Preference will be given to a student who is majoring in education, exemplifies leadership skills or has participated in Upward Bound (or subsequent similar program) as a participant or mentor.
