Provides financial support for charitable activities, projects, or programs at Immanuel Cemetery in McIntosh Minnesota, specifically, it is the intention of this fund that an endowment fund benefiting Immanuel Cemetery be maintained to benefit the cemetery’s general upkeep, safety of public areas, work of historical significance, education aspects of the cemetery and other public purposes. It is not intended and shall not be used to provide maintenance for any individual gravesite or other non-public benefit activities.
