Provides an annual scholarship to a qualified student from ISD #31 (Bemidji), ISD #32 (Blackduck), ISD #317 (Deer River), ISD #306 (Laporte), ISD #115 (Cass Lake-Bena), ISD #318 (Grand Rapids-Big Fork), ISD #113 (Walker-Hackensack-Akeley and ISD #118 (Remer) or their successors who are pursuing post-secondary education in Natural Resource areas i.e. Wildlife/Fisheries, Soil/Water, Timber/Range, Wildland Fire etc. OR Criminal Justice areas (Enforcement, Courts, Corrections, Parole), ie Federal or State Conservation Officer, Forest/Park Rangers (USFS, NPS, USFWS, BLM, BIA), Deputy Sheriff, MN BCA, State Patrol or other related careers through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
