Provides annual scholarships to qualified students from the Independent School Districts of Bemidji, Bagley, Blackduck, Cass Lake, Kelliher and Northome, or their successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education in a medical field related to hematology or phlebotomy through a college, university, trade school, tech school or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational educational/training institution or program; preference will be given to students who intend to pursue a career in delivery of blood services to patients.
