Provide funding for annual scholarships to qualified high school students from Minnesota Independent School District #690 (Warroad), or its successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, or other accredited nonprofit technical or vocational education/training institution or program and who participated in the golf program.
