Provides scholarships to qualified high school students from Minnesota ISD #432 (Mahnomen) or its successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited technical or vocational education/training institution or program. Scholarship moneys are to be used for tuition and book or direct educational material expenses.
