Provides scholarships to graduates of Roseau Public High School, ISD #682 who are pursuing post-secondary education in nursing or other direct-care healthcare professions, agricultural professions or the finance professions through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited not-for-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
