Provides scholarships to qualified high school students from Minnesota ISD #682 (Roseau), or their sucessors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, technical or community college or other accredited not-for-profit technical or vocational education/training institution. Scholarship funds are to be used for tuition and books or direct educational material expenses.
