Provides scholarships to qualified students from the International Falls (ISD #361), Little Fork/Big Falls (ISD #362) or homeschooled students within the International Falls or Little Fork/Big Falls School Districts or its successors, who are pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, trade school, tech school or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
