Provides scholarships to qualified high school students from Minnesota Independent School District #306 (Laporte), who are pursuing post-secondary education in the areas of nursing, social work or education; the Tonia Johannsen Memorial Activities Fund also provides annual funding for extracurricular activities sponsored or endorsed by ISD #306 that benefit the students and staff.
