Supports graduates of Red Lake Falls High School (ISD #630), or its successor, pursuing post-secondary education at a college or university, technical or vocational education/training institution or program in any area of study; preference may be given to students pursuing study in the fields of arts, music, theatre or culture and/or who participated in high school arts, music or theatre programs; and, if no recipients are eligible, the fund will support “Richard Bresnahan Leadership in the Arts” grants for professional development opportunities for teachers and artists who work primarily in Red Lake Falls ISD #630 or its successor.
