Provides financial support for charitable activities, projects or programs that benefit Union Lake Cemetery for its general upkeep, safety of public areas, work of historical significance, educational aspects of the cemetery and other public purposes. It is not intended and shall not be used to provide maintenance for any individual gravesite or other non-public benefit. Remaining spendable balances may be used to support the Fertile-Beltrami Area Community Fund, or its successor, for charitable, educational and public purpose activities, projects or services that enhance or otherwise improve the quality of life enjoyed by residents and/or visitors of the Fertile, MN area, with a preference for those that directly benefit the greatest number of individuals.
