Vikan Scholarship Fund

Provides scholarships to qualified high school students from Fosston Public Schools, or its sucessors, who are pursuing post-secondary education in the field of music through a college, university, trade school, tech school, or other accredited non-profit technical or vocational education/training institution or program.
