The Northwest Minnesota Foundation Board of Directors met in-person last Friday, May 19th, at the Lake of the Woods Distilling Company in Baudette.
We love when our board (and staff) are able to convene in our local communities. Whenever possible, we tour a local business or take a stroll down main street. This allows us to learn more about what is happening in each community and meet neighbors that we might not yet know.
In Baudette, we had a tour of the Lake of the Woods Distilling Company and learned more about that process. We also enjoyed a few samples (non-alcoholic versions!) and were treated to a lunch of pizza and sushi from Grace Sushi, which was quite wonderful.
It was a great day in Baudette. Thanks for having us!
