Throughout the scholarship season, we are spotlighting scholarship recipients by sharing the thank you notes they submitted to their respective scholarship committees. The donors who support these funds and the volunteers and committee members who champion these funds are all investing in the future of this region. We thank them for their work in making a sustainable impact of the lives of those who call our community home.
Kaylie Jensen, who graduated from Mahnomen High School, earned the Mahnomen Education General Scholarship.

My name is Kaylie Jensen, and I am from Mahnomen, Minnesota. I am incredibly grateful and honored to have been selected as a recipient of the Northwest Minnesota Foundation Scholarship.
Thank you for your generosity in providing this scholarship. It will make a significant impact on my ability to pursue my educational goals. The financial support will help cover my tuition and other academic expenses, allowing me to focus more on my studies and extracurricular activities.
Being selected for this scholarship has made me feel truly appreciative and motivated. It is encouraging to know that others believe in my potential and are willing to support my educational journey.
